Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application for appointment of Arbitrator under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

Agreement dated 19/01/2023 specifically refers to arbitration clause and since the applicant claimed that the dispute arose between them, a notice for invoking arbitration clause-22 was issued to the respondent on 06/11/2023, however, there is no response.
