Shri A.S. Shivankar, Retired District and Sessions Judge is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with the Registry of this Court within one week towards processing charges. 2.
