By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of Petition No.5 of 2023, pending before the Court of the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Achalpur to the Family Court at Nagpur.

The contention is that the applicant was beaten by the counsel for the non-applicant and a report to that effect is already lodged, therefore, it will be difficult for the applicant to attend the Court alone at Achalpur.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

5.

The Trial Court at Achalpur shall not proceed in the matter, till the next date of hearing.
