The application is filed with the prayer to review the order dated 12.03.2024, whereby this Court has directed the learned Trial Court to decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the Bank. 3.

Mr. Chhabra, learned counsel for the applicant, now submits that in view of subsequent development, the applicants are intending to file amendment application. 4.

It is clarified, that if any amendment application is filed, the learned Trial Court should consider it and decide the

With these observations the review application stands disposed of. No costs.
