02] By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of HMP No.A-2030/2023, pending on the file of the Family Court at Pune to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Khamgaon, District Buldhana, on the grounds that she is having a minor daughter of three years old; no maintenance has been granted to her and the distance from Pune to Khamgaon is about 700 kms.

03] Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

04] The trial Court shall not proceed with the matter till the next date of hearing.
