This is an Application seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-125/2023 from the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati to the Family Court at Nagpur. 3.
The Respondent/husband is residing at Pune. Having regard to the fact that the husband will have to travel from Pune to Amravati for contesting the matter, he can travel to Nagpur as well. No prejudice will be caused to the Respondent/husband, if transfer application is allowed. As against this, if the proceeding is not transferred, both parties will have to travel for attending the case.

In view of aforesaid, Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-125/2023 is ordered to be transferred from the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Armavati to the Family Court at Nagpur.

In the event the Respondent/husband1 makes an application for appearance through Video Conferencing, the same may be considered favourably and permission to appear through Video Conferencing may be granted on such dates and at such stages as is deemed appropriate by the learned Family Court.
