Writ Petition No.124 of 2021 was preferred by the petitioner therein, which was permitted to be withdrawn, vide order dated 19th March, 2024. 2.

The applicant was questioned the said order on the ground that though he was party to the petition, his plea was not considered while passing the order of withdrawal.

Whether the withdrawal of the petition is purely a matter between the petitioner and the Court can be said to be settled position of law. 4.

Even otherwise withdrawal of the petition, in our opinion, has not caused prejudice in favour of the review-applicant. 5.
