DATED :- 23.04.2024 The applicant seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No. A-647/2023 pending before the Family Court, Nashik to the Family Court, Nagpur.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that various cases between the parties are pending before the Court at Nagpur and the non-applicant is appearing in those cases. The applicant is having a seven years old son and there is nobody to accompany her to Nashik to attend the said proceeding.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable in two weeks.

The Trial Court shall not proceed with the matter till the next date of hearing.
