This is an application for transfer of Petition No.A-127/2023 pending before Family Court No.1, Amravati to the Family Court, Nagpur. 3.

It is stated that the applicant is residing at Nagpur with her parents. She has filed application for maintenance before the Family Court, Nagpur. The non-applicant has filed the petition for restitution of conjugal rights. The applicant has no source of income. She is finding it very difficult to attend Family Court at Amravat. The applicant, in her application has stated the difficulties and

The non-applicant has not appeared before this Court despite service. The statements made in the application have gone unchallenged and uncontroverted.

On going through the application and record, I do not see any reason to discard and disbelieve the statements made in the application. Accordingly, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Petition No.A-127/2023 pending before the Family Court No.1, Amravati be transferred to Family Court, Nagpur.

iii) The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
