The learned counsel for the applicant has made submission that the applicant is staying at Gondia and the respondent has filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights at Bhusawal. It is difficult for the applicant to attend the Court at Bhusawal and therefore, she has filed this application to transfer the said proceedings to the Gondia Court.

Though the respondent is served, none appeared on behalf of him.

The learned counsel for the applicant has informed that the proceedings before Bhusawal Court are proceeded exparte, as the applicant has Prity
