By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceeding i.e. Hindu Marriage Petition No.8/2024 pending before the 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel to Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the non-applicant has already withdrawn the said petition, as such, the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
