The application seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.139/2024 pending on the file of learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur to the Family Court, Nagpur.

The contention is that the applicant is having a child aged about 7 years and there is nobody to accompany her to attend the Court proceedings at Chandrapur.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after two weeks.

5.

The trial Court at Chandrapur shall not proceed in the matter till next date.
