The application seeks transfer of Special Civil Suit No.17 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gondia to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora District Chandrapur.

The applicant is the wife of non-applicant no.1. She has 15 months old child. The distance between Warora to Gondia is 236 km, which takes six hours to reach Gondia. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after two weeks.

5.

The trial Court at Gondia shall not proceed in the matter till next date of hearing.
