Mr. S.W. Dhanokar was appointed as Sole Arbitrator. He has expressed his inability to continue as Arbitrator on his health ground vide letter dated 18.09.2023.

In view of the communication from the Arbitrator the applicant has prayed for appointment of new Arbitrator since mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by this Court has been terminated.

Learned Advocate for the non-applicant has no objection to appoint new arbitrator.

The Advocates for the parties submit that Mr. Aniruddha M. Chandekar, Retired District

The Advocates for the parties submit that new Arbitrator be directed to continue the proceeding from the point where it was left by the earlier Arbitrator. This submission has been accepted.

The Registrar (Judicial) to seek disclosure as per Section 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

7.

The Registry shall do the needful within two weeks.
