By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of Regular Civil Suit No.8 of 2024, pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Ner, District Yavatmal to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Karanja (Lad), District Washim.

The contention is that the applicant has two minor children. She is physically and financially not able to attend the Court at Ner, District Yavatmal.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable in the second week of June-2024.
