The application seeks transfer of petition no. A/09/2024 pending on the file of Family Court, Yavatmal to the file of Family Court, Amravati.

The contention is that the applicant is having 21⁄2 year old son and she is physically and financially not able to attend the Court at Yavatmal. It is further contended that domestic violence proceeding is also filed by the applicant against the non-applicant at Amravati. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after summer vacation.
