The application seeks to transfer Hindu Marriage Petition No.80 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad, Dsitrict Satara to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal.

The contention is that the applicant has no source of income and it is practically impossible for the applicant to afford the expenses to appear in the proceedings before the Court at Karad, District Satara. The distance between Dhanaj Manikwada, Tehsil Ner District Yavatmal to Karad, District Satara is more than 650 kilometers and there is nobody to accompany her to attend the proceedings at Karad. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.
