By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of Petition No.B-31 of 2023 pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Solapur to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola.

The contention is that the applicant is serving as Sales Tax Inspector at Akola. She has four years old daughter. The distance between Solapur and Akola is approximately 500 Kms. The parents of the applicant are old aged parents. The further contention is that there is no direct connectivity from Akola to Solapur.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after summer vacation.

In the meanwhile, the Court at Solapur shall not proceed in the matter.
