Perused the record and proceedings.

This is an application for the appointment of the Arbitrator for resolving the dispute arisen between the parties. There is no dispute as to the arbitration clause. In view of this, the Arbitrator needs to be appointed for resolution of the dispute. Learned Advocates for the parties proposed the name of Mr Aniruddha M. Chandekar (Former District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge).

Accordingly, this Court proposes to appoint Mr Aniruddha M. Chandekar (Former District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge) as the sole Arbitrator to resolve

The Registrar (Judicial) to seek disclosure as per Section 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
