This is an application for transfer of Petition-A No.11/2024, pending in the Family Court at Akola, to the Family Court at Buldhana.

In view of the above, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] Petition-A No.11/2024, pending in the Family Court at Akola, be transferred to the Family Court at Buldhana, for decision in accordance with law.
