Heard learned advocates for the parties. Perused the record and proceedings.

This is an application for transfer of Petition No.611/2019, pending on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur, to the Court No.2, Family Court, Nagpur.

Learned advocate for the non-applicants submits that she may not seriously object to the transfer. She submits that if the transfer is allowed, then the learned Judge of the Family Court, Nagpur, may be directed to dispose of the petition expeditiously.

Learned advocate for the applicant has no objection for granting such a prayer.

In view of this, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] Petition No.611/2019, pending on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur, be transferred to the Court No.2, Family Court, Nagpur.

iii] Learned Judge shall see that, on transfer of the proceeding, it shall be disposed of within three months. iv] The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
