Perused the letter dated 03.05.2024, received from the Principal District Judge, Chandrapur seeking permission to transfer DAR in Crime No. 258/2022 to the Court at Gadchiroli.

Perusal of the letter reveals that the exercise undertaken by the learned Principal District Judge, Chandrapur is unnecessary and unwarranted. Learned Judge shall go through the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Gohar Mohammed .Vs. Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation and others, reported at (2023) 4 SCC 381, and shall pass an appropriate order. ( G. A.
