Heard Mrs. Nayana Dhoke, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms. Roshni Gajbhiye, learned advocate for the non-applicant. Perused the record and proceedings. 2.

This is an application for transfer of Petition No. A1384/2023, pending on the file of learned Judge, Family Court No.3, Nagpur to the Family Court at Akola. 3.

Learned advocate for the non-applicant submits that by recording their formal objection, the Court may pass an appropriate order.

I have gone through the application. The grounds have been stated in the application. In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. 5.

Transfer of Petition No. A-1384/2023, pending on the file of learned Judge, Family Court No.3, Nagpur to the Family Court at Akola, is allowed.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur shall withdraw the Petition No. A-1384/2023 from the file of

2 29 mca536.24.odt learned Judge, Family Court No.3, Nagpur and transfer it to the Principal Judge, Family Court at Akola. 7.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Akola shall in turn assign the said petition to the appropriate Court. 8.

With these directions, the application stands disposed of.
