The learned Senior Advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application for review. He, however, submits that the interim order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3259 of 2024 dated 24.5.2024 be extended for further period of three weeks, to enable the applicants to obtain appropriate interim relief in the appeal, which the applicants have filed against the order of rejection of plaint.

Leave granted. The Application for review is disposed of as withdrawn.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim order passed by this Court dated 24.5.2024 shall remain in force for further period of three weeks, i.e., till 14.8.2024. Needless to mention that no further extension will be granted in any circumstance.
