This is an application for the appointment of the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. It is apparent on perusal of the application and the reply that the dispute with regard to the execution of the agreement has arisen between the parties. The applicant has invoked the arbitration clause in the agreement. The advocates for the parties submit that for resolution of dispute the arbitrator is required to be appointed. 3.

Accordingly, this Court proposes to appoint Shri Justice R. K. Deshpande (Former Judge of the

22.mca.604.2024.odt Bombay High Court), as the sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

Learned Advocates for the parties, on instructions, submit that the venue of the arbitration, as per the convenience of the Arbitrator shall either be Nagpur or Chandrapur.

The Registrar (Judicial) to seek disclosure as per Section 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with the Registry of this Court within four weeks towards processing charges. 7.

The Registry shall do the needful within four weeks.
