02] Original respondent No.2-employer has invoked review jurisdiction of this Court contending that the petitioner by suppressing material fact misled this Court and obtained order dated 21/02/2024. 03] In particular, it is submitted that the petitioner was appointed in Nomadic Tribe category. The petitioner has applied for caste certificate of N.T. category, but she has already obtained caste validity of Kunbi-Other Backward Clas, which has been suppressed in the writ petition.

04] Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in four weeks. 05] The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of non-applicant No.2.
