The applicant has filed this application seeking transfer of the matter which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Akot to Wardha Court. The applicant is staying at Wardha with her 4 years old daughter. The distance from Wardha to Akot is about 250 kilometers. It is difficult for her to travel with her 4 years daughter to attend the Court at Akot. Hence prayed to transfer the proceedings from Akot to Wardha Court.

The non-applicant is not present though served. 3.

In the matters which are pending before the Wardha Court filed by the applicant i.e. divorce petition and maintenance petition the non-applicant is appearing and it will cause no prejudice to the non-applicant if the proceedings is transferred from Akot Court to Wardha Court as he has to appear in other two matters. Hence the application is allowed. The matter which is pending before the Akot Court is transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha. The application is allowed.
