The applicant has filed this application to transfer the Hindu Marriage Petition No.86 of 2024 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora to Family Court at Amravati filed by the nonapplicant for divorce. 2.

The applicant is doing job at Amravati and she is staying alone at Amravati. It is not possible for her to take leave from her job as she is working in Government Polytechnic College, Amravati. The non applicant is doing private job at Warora. He has filed the petition for divorce. The applicant has not filed any proceedings against the non-applicant. The applicant is a working lady and it is not possible for her to attend the Court at Warora which is 210 km away from Amravati.

Hence, prayed to transfer Hindu Marriage Petition No.86 of 2024 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora to Family Court at Amravati.

The non-applicant is served but failed to appear before the Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The applicant is doing job and is staying alone at Amravati, it will be inconvenient for her to attend the proceedings before Warora Court by taking leave from her job. For the aforesaid reasons, the application deserved to be allowed.

Hindu Marriage Petition No.86 of 2024 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora is hereby transferred to the file of Family Court at Amravati.
