After hearing the matter for sometime, it is transpired that the Applicant as well as Non-applicant, both have filed independent divorce proceedings, one at Kalyan (Mumbai) and another at Nagpur.

In view of this fact, prima facie, I am of the opinion that both the parties are not ready to cohabit with each other. 3.

In such circumstances, it will be better for the parties to settle the dispute amicably and for that purpose learned Counsel for Applicant seeks one week's time. Time granted. 4.

List the matter after one week.
