This is an application for restoration of the civil application for condonation of delay caused in filing appeal, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

The contention is that the previous counsel was not in town. Therefore, he could not attend the matter. Though the notices are served to the non-applicants, nobody appears for them. Therefore, the contentions raised in the application remained uncontroverted. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. CAF No. 985/2024 is restored to file.
