By order dated 27.8.2024 directions were given to this applicant to remove the office objections within two weeks.

The appellant-applicant is granted further three weeks' time to remove the office objections from today.

If the office objections are removed by the appellant-applicant within three weeks, then MCA No.768/2024 in First Appeal St. No.6685/2023 will restore on its original number on the file of this Court.
