This is an application filed by the appellantsapplicants for allowing the applicant to restore the MCA No.766/2024 in First Appeal St. No.6906/2023 to the file of this Court.

By order dated 26.8.2024 directions were given to this applicants to remove the office objections within 15 days.

The appellants-applicants are granted further three weeks' time to remove the office objections from today.

If the office objections are removed by the appellants-applicants within three weeks, then MCA No.766/2024 in First Appeal St. No.6906/2023 will restore on its original number on the file of this Court.
