This is an application for seeking transfer under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that the two suits are filed by the non-applicant, one is in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hinganghat, and another is at Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur. Other matrimonial proceedings are also pending at Nagpur. 3.

Learned counsel for non-applicant sought time to file her reply as well as other documents on record to contest the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that the suit, which is pending at Hinganghat, is kept for the cross-examination, and if the order is not passed, the court will proceed with that.

Considering the request of adjournment made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the non-applicant shall not proceed with further proceedings in the suit bearing No. 11/2023, till 29/01/2025.
