This is an application for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed in this proceeding by this Court. 3.
After initial period of twelve months, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator was extended for six months. Learned advocates for both the parties submit that the arbitration proceeding is almost completed. Some witnesses of the non-applicant are to be examined. They submit that the mandate be extended for six months.

In view of the submissions, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by six months w.e.f. 08.11.2024.
