The matter relates to a review of a Judgment dated 4th October, 2024, passed by a Bench comprising of Justice Bharti Dangre and Abhay J. Mantri, JJ. It was wrongly listed before us and without noticing the composition of the Bench, we had heard it and closed it.

However, now since it has been brought to our notice regarding composition of the Bench, we release the matter and direct it to be listed to the same Bench, which had passed the Judgment.
