In paragraph No.7 of the reply it is stated that factually the Applicant is residing at Parimal Vaikunth Apartment at Balkum, Thane along with son Aarav, who is 9 years old. The son Aarav is taking education in EURO School, Balkum, Thane. The Applicant has to clarify this aspect in the matter. 3.

List the matter on 26th October, 2025.
