2) In view of the same, the order dated 25/03/2025 is confirmed.

Mr.A.S.Shivankar (Retired District Judge) is appointed as an Arbitrator to conduct the Arbitral Proceedings. 3) Both the learned counsel for the parties undertake to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 18/08/2025 at 5.00 p.m. As such, the Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned Arbitrator.

4) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
