Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties have requested to this Court to refer the matter for mediation as the dispute is likely to be settled. 3.

By consent, they have suggested to appoint Advocate Mrs. Renuka Sirpurkar, as a 'Mediator'. 4.

In view of above, Advocate Mrs. Renuka Sirpurkar, is appointed as a Mediator. Both sides shall appear (preferably applicant and non applicant) before the Mediator within one weeks by taking prior appointment of learned Mediator.

Thereafter, learned Mediator shall submit his report within a period of two weeks.
