O R D E R

(Passed on 13th December, 2025.) 1.

The learned counsel for the appellant S. H. Bhatia (appointed) has placed before us a pursis along with copy of judgment passed by the 3rd Jt. Civil Senior Junior Division, Chandrapur evidencing the fact that the parties to the matter has mutually obtained the divorce vide order dated 15.04.2025. By way of the said pursis she submits that, since parties have already taken divorce by mutual consent the present matter has become infructuous. 2.

We have verified the said fact from the appellant through video conferencing to confirm the said fact, in view of the said facts the Civil Application is disposed as being infructuous . 3.

The fees of the appointed counsel should be quantified and paid as per the Rules.
