By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of proceeding bearing Petition No. A-942/2024 filed by the Nonapplicant under Section 13(1)(i-a)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce, which is pending on the file Family Court, Nagpur to the Family Court, Amravati.

The learned Counsel for Non-applicant appeared and submits that he has no objection for transfer of the proceeding as prayed by the Applicant.

In view of this, present Application is allowed. 4.

The proceeding bearing Petition No. A-942/2024 is hereby transferred from the Family Court, Nagpur to the Family Court, Amravati.

The Family Court, Nagpur is directed to transfer the record and proceeding of the Petition No. A-942/2024 to the Family Court, Amravati.
