DATED :- 10.07.2025 Hearing on admission is halted for want of pleadings. The learned counsel for the appellant requested for adjournment so that pleadings can be placed on record. She also submits that possession warrant is already been issued by the Executing Court therefore, requested that till the next date of hearing status-quo be granted with regard to the possession of the suit property.

The learned counsel for the respondent objected the request on the ground that warrant is already been issued.

Considering the submissions made by the parties, I am of the view that no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if stay is granted to the execution proceeding till the next date of hearing.
