The learned counsel for the respective parties filed joint pursis dated 4.5.2026 stating that the parties to the present appeals have amicably settled their disputes out of the Court and both parties do not want to pursue their appeals. The appellant and the respondent are personally present before this Court and they identified by respective counsel.

In view thereof, both appeals stand disposed of. 3.

Accordingly, the judgment and decree passed by District Judge-IV, Wardha dated 21.6.2024 passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.129/2022 and judgment and decree dated 13.7.2022 passed in HMP No.273/2020 by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha are hereby quashed and set aside, in view of settlement. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
