The contention is that the respondent Nos.1 has transferred the fair price shop from Nimba, Tahsil and District - Nagpur (Gramin) to Butibori Nagpur (Gramin), which is contrary to the law laid down by this Court, in the case of Vividh Karyakari Sahakari Sanstha, Kalmeshwar, and ors. Vs. District Supply Officer (Food), Nagpur Division, Nagpur in Writ Petition No.7299/2014.
