The petitioner no.1 stood superannuated on 30.09.2024. It is claimed that the proposal for release of terminal benefits was forwarded under the signature of the Secretary, however the same was objected to by the President. The order impugned is passed by the Education Officer of not processing the proposal. 3.

Mr. Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is faction in the Management and that being so, the petitioner no.1 has put to prejudice by not paying legal terminal dues which otherwise he is entitled to.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal of the petition, returnable on 31.01.2025.

Ms Kavita Bhongade, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondents.
