Writ petition is disposed of.

The petitioners so also the intervenors shall appear before the Deputy Director of Education, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur on 17.2.2025 with all their respective pleadings and documents. 4.

We direct the Deputy Director of Education, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to decide the claim of petitioner No.1 for recommending the case for release of terminal benefits as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.

We need to clarify that the Deputy Director of Education shall be sensitive to the fact that the services of petitioner No.1 in the capacity of Head Master were duly approved. Such fact is required to be taken into consideration irrespective of the fact that their exists inter se dispute between the trustees administering the trust in question. (MRS.VRUSHALI V.JOSHI, J.)
