2) Our attention is invited to the impugned order dated 22/12/2023, passed by the respondent No.2. According to the counsel, the petitioner was appointed after following due process of law and has put into uninterrupted service about one year. It is claimed that pursuant to the complaint lodged by respondent No.6, the order impugned came to be passed, as the selection process was found to be faulty, as the appropriate age limit for the candidate belonging to reserved category was not correctly mentioned.
3) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within six weeks.
4) Mr.A.M.Deshpande, learned in charge Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. 5) Since the statement is made by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is still in service, therefore, there shall be status-quo as regards his service. KOLHE
