The order impugned is passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha on 22.12.2023 whereby the petitioner's selection and appointment to the post of an employee of the Village Panchayat came to be cancelled and further directions are issued to take recourse to the selection process by fresh advertisement. 3.
In response to the Court's query as to the source of powers of the Chief Executive Officer, who has passed by the impugned order, it is claimed that the same is in exercise of the supervisory powers. So as to substantiate the aforesaid claim regarding the source of such powers, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks time to address the Court.
