The petitioner claims to be an auction-purchaser and holder of sale certificate in regard to the immovable property. According to him, neither the sale certificate is registered nor possession is handed over in view of pendency of objection preferred by the borrower. According to him, a request to the aforesaid effect is pending consideration before the Tribunal for almost last more than six months.

In this background, we permit the petitioner to make a request, for expeditious disposal of the claim of the petitioner, before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). In case, if such request is made, we direct the DRT to deal with the same and decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of four months thereafter as the petitioner has already parted with the consideration. 3.
With this directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
