We deem it appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1 on 20th January, 2025 for action under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Such request if so made, the Tahsildar is directed to deal with the same within a period of four weeks.
