Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as counsel for the respondents.

Upon perusal of the order dated 11.09.2023 in School Tribunal Appeal No. 13/2019 passed by the learned School Tribunal, Nagpur. It is observed that learned tribunal has recorded the contents of the appeal memo and the written statement as it is and unfortunately no substantive findings were recorded, it was expected on the part of the tribunal to decide the matter on its own merits by recording the reasons for its decision. In absence of such reasons, the order passed by the learned tribunal is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted back to the learned Tribunal to decide afresh on its own merits within a period of 4 months. All the points are kept open. 3.
